Security deposit
We do not ask for a
security deposit as we act on the basis that our guests are
honest and trustworthy.
Cancellation Policy In order to receive a refund, notification of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If proper notice is given (i.e., notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival), said cancellation will result in a refund of all monies paid - minus a 10% administrative fee. If proper notice is NOT given (i.e., notice is not received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival and in the event of "no-shows") cancellation will be without refund of any kind.
Liability and Insurance / Assurances
All visitors are recommended to arrange
their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as
required. The owners can accept no responsibility for accidents.
The owners of the The Old Walnut Mill will not accept any
liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature however
sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation
of the property and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a
result of the occupation of that property or any activity
carried out in the course of such occupation however sustained,
such activity and occupation are carried out at the individual's
own risk.
